Consider asking for an extra kettle or appliance in advance, as maintenance support was limited .

The room I booked was been upgraded but not the bathroom and available where sofa bed is located. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar and a microwave oven were available here. Magnificent and exceptionally nice location near shops, cafes, restaurants and museums, many attractions and restaurants and prominent landmarks and points of interest, I felt safe. Tried some nice meals at La Martona de Arenales, located close to the hotel.

pleasant stay but could be improved
The double room was spacious, providing plenty of room to move around comfortably. The bedding felt fresh. The location was close to the city center.
I noticed some amenities could be upgraded for a better experience.

Excellent location and very safe at all times. Very friendly, family atmosphere, very suitable for children and very relaxed at breakfast time. Very good shower! Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Safe parking, underground with access by elevator.
Something that should definitely rectify the Hotel is that in the same building and under the same name SUIPACHA SUITES, there are individuals who rent Suites advertising them as suipacha suites but do not clarify that they are outside the Hotel; they have a different photo and payment is not by card but by bank transfer. Initially I had reserved a private room but at the time of payment it was an ordeal because the owner did not have the Swift number of his bank that not only identifies the bank, branch and that prevented me from making the transfer in addition to having to pay 50 additional dollars to the bank. particular owner only communicated by email and his phone number was incorrect and after an hour and a half in the bank trying to make the transfer I gave up and cancelled everything because everything became a headache. Finally I managed to book with SUIPACHA SUITES HOTEL and that was simple, agile and direct. BE CAREFUL WITH THE PARTICULARS OF THIS ACCOMMODATION BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CLEARLY DIFFERENTIATED. Regarding the rooms, I had to keep the curtains of the room low because they face a building and although there are large windows, there is no pleasant view. We went down to breakfast and on the way back there was an employee, correct, making the bed who explained that as I did not put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, he came in, he did not stop what he was doing even though we were in the room and he started to sweep and I had to ask him to leave; certain tension and feeling of invasion was generated and I understand that if he saw us coming in, he could well have said spontaneously, "I'll be back later"

I must say that Suipacha Suites has far exceeded my expectations, as I have had a lot of experience with criticism for a long time and I must say that I have no objections. The location is excellent, very good taste in decoration. It already impacts the width of the lobby. But what I liked the most was the kindness and friendliness of Marco when checking in, who offered us the best room available without any extras, superior to the one I had reserved and being available for any problem. The management must take Marco very much into account since it is not usual to find such expeditious and cordial people at the reception. Thank you Marco! The apartment super comfortable, clean, comfortable beds, privacy, dishes, 2 air conditioners, and televisions. Highly recommended.
I liked everything and obviously if I came back directly I would book at Suipacha Suites.

The reception and concierge support was great.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the kitchen was quite concerning. The pots and utensils looked filthy and uninviting. I also found the staff to be indifferent, often seeming annoyed when approached for help.

Apartment with wide, neat, painted with informal figures. Comfortable bedroom, en suite with dressing room. Safe box. Splendid sofa bed in the living room. In a spacious environment are: kitchenette, dining table with 4 chairs and sofa. Air conditioning in each room. Plasma TV. In the bathroom there is shampoo and cream rinse. Also hair dryer.
The first floor we were on had a very bad smell, which turned out to be from repairs they were making. This is what I didn't like at all. The rest are details: the elevator was not working very well; the cleaning was not complete, it was still clean. The lock on the bathroom door was stuck and couldn't be opened! In the end we didn't lock the door. Coffee was missing from what was left. For my taste it lacked that atmosphere - the smell of freshly cleaned. The sofa bed with sheets that didn't look like they had just been put on - clean but dusty.

Considering the value of staying in Buenos Aires, the quality/price ratio is very good. The location is really good if you want to be in the center of Buenos Aires, and close to tourist attractions (such as Puerto Madero, Florida, Obelisco, etc.) Very spacious rooms, apartment type. Old bathrooms, but with an impeccable operation. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Small swimming pool but very acceptable for the price of the hotel.
Elevators broke down several times during our short stay. Garage in somewhat narrow basement (paid separately $300 per night). Incredibly, something very strange happened to us. "lifeguard" at the hotel pool turned out to be a rude, aggressive and ill-mannered person. In a very small pool at the hotel, after I had been in and out of the pool five times, she rudely yelled at me in front of other guests that I should take a shower before entering. I came out and explained his mistake, since I had been in the pool area for a while, not only was he not nice, he first asked for forgiveness, then he came back to scold me and tell me things that were very out of line. He rebuked another guest assistant for thinking that his son was too deep in the pool, father was literally next door taking care of his son, he pointed this out to him. Although it seems like a minor detail, it wasn't, at the level that the next day we preferred not to go to the pool so we wouldn't run into this undesirable person. With much humility we can say that we are blessed to have visited many hotels around the world, never had such an unpleasant and strange experience. pity. We would not go back to this incident.

The attention given by Marcos, reception staff. Excellent! Extremely polite, friendly, cordial, respectful, attentive, expeditious to our orders. The modern style of the furniture and decoration of the hall, rooms and other spaces. Very good location of the hotel. The room that we touch very wide, clean, comfortable, with wide windows with very good lighting and ventilation, with the benefit of having two bathrooms fully equipped for 4 people.
In general I LIKE EVERYTHING. I do have a few things, such as:. You could change the window openings to something more modern, but they work fine. They could improve the quality of the mattresses and pillows, they are still acceptable. Add a coffee maker in the kitchen. Improve the lift service. Avoid staying in rooms next to those being repaired because of noise.
